Dr. Reta Alphin is the Senior Pastor’s wife of The Life Church of Lincoln, Nebraska, where her husband Reverend Gene Alphin has served as pastor for more than 13 years.  Reta, not only serves as the First Lady of The Life Church but works as a full-time Chief Human Resources Officer at a prominent law firm in Lincoln.  She obtained her Ph.D. in Public Administration and uses the knowledge gleaned from that degree in both her work and ministry roles.

When not engaged in her corporate or church roles, Reta enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son and daughter-in-law, all of whom are actively involved in church ministries and Christians United for Israel.
